Here at Fixprice Move, we do our best to obtain either a detailed list of your furniture & boxes, or we will come directly to your home to conduct a visual estimate.

Our services include:



  • Door to door service.
  • Loading and unloading.
  • Labor & Transportation.
  • Disassembly & reassembly at your new home.
  • Valuation insurance of $0.60 per pound per item. Additional insurance is available through Moving Insurance.com
  • Free wrapping of furniture with furniture pads
  • No extra charge for: Labor, tax, tolls, mileage, weekends, or Holidays


Once you have decided to trust us to handle your move, we will send you an order for service via e-mail or fax.

A few notes to help you understand our estimates:



  • 1. The final cost will be based on the actual weight at the quoted price per pound, as well as any packing materials necessary.
  • 2. Packing materials are NOT included in the estimate!
  • 3. All fragile and breakable items need to be wrapped. This includes any breakable items such as glass, mirrors, lamps, pianos or electrical devices. This must be done before we get to your home, or an additional charge for wrapping and/or materials may be required.
  • 4. Payment is via cash, credit card or money order only! NO PERSONAL CHECKS!


Cancellation and rescheduling policy:



  • 1. Any cancellations or rescheduling needs must be made 48 hours in advance of your scheduled move date.
  • 2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours advance noticed will be charged the 10% deposit taken on date of booking
  • 3. You will receive a confirmation call 24-48 hours before your scheduled move date
  • 4. Long-Distance moves all have a 1000-pound Minimum Requirement!
  • 5. Standard delivery for Long-Distance moves IS:
    • 1. Within California: 3 - 7 business days.
    • 2. Outside of California: 5 - 21 Business Days!
